IT Support cannot reset passwords, you must go thru the Account Setup again to reset your password.
Your save timecards will not be affected.
First time setup or re-setup because of forgotten password:
1. Click Account Setup
2. You will be asked for some identifying information.
For the Login ID you can use your normal Network ID ie (JaneD)
3. Your password can be the same as your network password.
