You have two options for encrypting email from Outlook on the desktop (do number 1 or 2):
1.Put the first word of the subject line as !Secure
OR
2.Go to options on the top menu
Click the symbol on the
‘more options’
Set the sensitivity to ‘Confidential’
This will encrypt your email and any attachments.
